I am a 63 year old woman and deciding to have a facelift and neck lift was a huge decision. Dr. Sang was so nice. He explained the procedure in detail. And always with a smile. I was very comfortable with the whole process. His office staff is also very friendly and very attentive.

Dr. Lertzman is fantastic! I recently had a Botox treatment with her and I could not believe how first of all, how punctual she was! Her personality completely clicked with mine as soon as we met. And my treatment went fantastic! My lines are GONE, price was great, no wait, and it didn't take long to get in. Office staff and nurses were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, as well. Overall...

I cannot give enough stars for this review…. .i would not trust anyone else to do any work on me except Dr. Evangilisti. I had 3 different surgeries by him, the latest being a brachioplasty…. Margo is the best. I have been going to Margo for years. She is conservative and has a very artistic eye. The facility is nice and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I have made the mistake of going to another provider a couple of years ago and had my face over filled. Never again. Margo is my go to.

Assisted me with damage that was caused by another doctor. I was burned by a laser by physician in Buffalo and traveled to Rochester to have Dr. McMeekin assist with the ongoing redness. He used the V beam and was very caring also definitely not condescending or judgmental as some docs can be when repairing damage caused by another doctors ineptness. Highly recommend.

I received 30 units total . Not sure if it was worth it yet . I'm 36 and just wanted to soften my appearance a bit . It said it could take 24 hours to a week to notice your results so I'm not sure yet bc it's only been 24 hours. Results only last 3-4 months so it could get quite expensive to maintain . Didn't hurt . Just a little numb Dr said it may take up to a week to notice...

I have been getting my fillers and Botox done with Dr. Arthur religiously. She never overdoes her work and she is truly an artist with her fillers. I strongly recommend her for your aesthetic needs because there is no one better in Rochester than Dr. Arthur!
